IT 5160: Managing Information and Learning Technology Projects

The primary goal of this training initiative is to create a company-wide perspective on business ethics and the potential impact that unethical behavior can have on the company and as individuals. Secondarily, the outcome for this training is that the company experiences no violations or breaches of ethics in the conduct of business. In broad terms, HCC (the contractor) would also like to minimize their risk for ethics violations and create a workforce that strives for a “zero tolerance” for ethics issues.

The ILT team, JozJul-DelaCar Strategies, consisted of team members Carmella Rodriguez, Joziane Mestas, Juliann Ronzio and Della Shorman. I assumed the role of Project Manager throughout the duration of this project.
