IT 6720: Research in Information and Learning Technologies

The purpose of this project was to design and implement an action research within the scope of my professional practice. In conducting action research for this project, I was engaged in attempting change and taking action to improve systems currently in place in my work unit.

The project included a process of inquiry including defining the organizational problem, identifying questions, designing research methods to gather and analyze data, and developing action steps for change implementation.

The Action Research project fulfills the following competencies:

  • Eighth competency: Utilize research methods to investigate a learning, organizational, or performance problem.
